On behalf of our client in Aruba, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join their team.

The HR Officer will support daily HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance with local labor regulations. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and capable of handling confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsabilities

• Manage and support the full recruitment cycle (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with Aruba labor laws and company policies
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR guidance when needed
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Support disciplinary processes and employee relations matters

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in an HR role
• Knowledge of Aruba labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HR or payroll software experience is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
