Are you passionate about sales, building relationships, and achieving results? We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, increasing sales, and ensuring excellent customer service across your assigned territory and customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers regularly and build strong business relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales and expand product distribution.
• Present promotions, new products, and marketing initiatives to customers.
• Monitor stock levels and product availability at customer locations.
• Collect market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper execution of merchandising, displays, and promotional activities.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and service-related issues.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Qualifications

• Minimum MBO/HBO level education or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is an advantage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluent in Papiamento and English. Spanish and Dutch are considered an asset.
