Caribbean Palm Village Resort is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to support our maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance operations and maintenance staff
- Plan, schedule, and assign preventive and corrective maintenance work
- Inspect equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify issues
- Ensure timely repairs and troubleshooting
- Monitor maintenance performance
- Assist with general handyman tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance of similar role
- Proven experience as a handyman is a strong advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and project simultaneously
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
Skills Required
- Strong problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication
