Caribbean Palm Village Resort is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Handy man to join our maintenance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Ensure work areas are safe, clean, and compliant with safety standards
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in general maintenance or handy man
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations
