The Construction Supervisor will play a vital role in supporting the company's initiatives to deliver high-quality homes within specified budgets and timelines to ensure homeowner satisfaction, as well as meet the expectations of associated mortgage institutions. The Construction Supervisor carries out the construction objectives, handle administrative duties, and promote overall customer satisfaction. 

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum EPI or MTS level in a technical field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Language Skills:
• Fluent in Papiamento, English, and Spanish (both spoken and written).
• Technical Skills:
• Ability to read independently and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience with Auto-cad is a must.
• Organizational Skills:
• Ability to supervise projects independently.
• Ability to prepare work budgets and plans independently.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
