We are looking for a dynamic and approachable HR Advisor to play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is eager to learn, and is committed to continuous development. You will act as a key liaison between employees and leadership, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities:

Workforce Planning & Human Capital Development:

  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to align talent with business goals.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to optimize staffing and resource allocation.
  • Support leadership in succession planning, career pathing, and talent development initiatives.


HR Business Partnership & Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on HR best practices.
  • Foster strong relationships with employees at all levels, ensuring a supportive and engaging workplace culture.
  • Advise on performance management, career development, and employee engagement strategies.


Legal & Compliance Knowledge:

  • Provide guidance on HR-related legal and compliance matters, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Support in resolving employee relations issues while mitigating risks and maintaining a fair work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in HR advisory, business partnership, or workforce planning.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, talent development, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and workforce analytics tools is a plus.
