SafeCom Security N.V. is seeking an attentive Alarm Monitoring Operator to join our 24/7 Alarm Monitoring Center. You’ll be on the front line of customer safety, monitoring critical systems, coordinating responses, and delivering clear, calm communication when it matters most.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor security cameras, burglary alarm systems, and fire alarm systems.
• Notify clients of security incidents and coordinate emergency responses.
• Log incidents accurately and follow established procedures and protocols.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and supervisors.
• Collaborate with field technicians and other departments to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain high awareness and professionalism throughout each shift.

Requirements:

• Age: 21–45 years old
• Education: Minimum High School (HAVO)
• Industry or job experience not required, experience is a plus
• Able to sit for extended periods while staying focused and alert
• Strong vision, hearing, reading, and communication skills
• Solid tech comfort: computers, radios, and software (Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
• Composed under pressure; strong multitasking and decision-making skills
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliability, punctuality, and confidentiality are essential
