Responsibilities

• Know and use abbreviations for liquor orders
• Consistently follow established garnishes for cocktails
• Follow the call procedure when ordering drinks form the bartender
• Check table and chair positioning
• Check work supplies and restock as needed
• Light candles and check throughout the night
• Check the environment
• Follow cocktail order procedures
• Take and serve food orders
• Check station, prepare and serve espresso and cappuccino
• Serve coffee, hot tea and iced tea following procedures
• Give follow up service
• Clean as you go
• Clear plates and offer more service
• Provide responsible alcoholic beverage service
• Follow Alcohol awareness guidelines for dealing with intoxicated guests
• Be familiar with the property’s fire and emergency program
• Any other reasonable duties as required 

Requirements and Qualifications

• EPB/MAVO High School Diploma or equivalent with 1 year of experience as a restaurant server
• 21 years old and up
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch and Papiamento
• Can work different shifts
• Service oriented and pleasant personality
• Attention do Detail
• Has a valid Health card
• Has a Dutch Passport or valid work permit
