Human Resources Relationship Officer
Caribbean Mercantile Bank N.V., a member of the Maduro & Curiel's Group of banks, in order to accommodate growth and to better serve our existing customers, is accepting applications for the position of Human Resources Relationship Officer.
Role Summary
The Human Resources Relationship Officer plays a vital role in aligning HR initiatives with the strategic objectives of our organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted consultant and central point of contact for management on HR-related matters.
As an HR Relationship Officer, you will build collaborative partnerships across the HR function to provide value-added services that support our strategic, tactical, and operational goals. You will work closely with business leaders to define, source, and fulfill workforce needs, ensuring the effective execution of our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business needs.
Provide expert consultation on a wide range of HR-related matters.
Build partnerships across HR functions to enhance service delivery.
Define and address workforce needs to support organizational objectives.
Professional Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
5 to 8 years' experience in the Human Resources field.
In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.

Strong Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse and complex workload, prioritizing tasks effectively, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
Project Management Expertise: Experienced in leading projects with a specific focus on change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and successful implementation.
Digitally Proficient: Comfortable leveraging technology and software solutions to optimize HR operations, improve efficiency, and support data-driven insights.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Dedicated to understanding and addressing the needs of colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction in all interactions.
Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
High Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrates empathy, self-awareness, and strong interpersonal sensitivity, enabling effective relationship-building, conflict resolution, and thoughtful decision-making.
Proactive Work Ethic: Self-motivated and able to work independently, demonstrating initiative and a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
