Someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. We're looking for a proactive Warehouse & Logistics Associate to support our daily warehouse and logistics operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values accuracy, and takes pride in maintaining an efficient and well-organized warehouse.

What You'll Do:

As our Warehouse & Logistics Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring products move efficiently from suppliers to customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
• Organize, label, and safely store inventory.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with warehouse maintenance and safety checks.

Logistics & Deliveries

• Collect incoming packages from local carriers (DHL, FedEx, Swissport, etc.).
• Prepare outgoing shipments for local delivery and export.
• Deliver shipments and documents to customers, customs, and carriers.
• Handle customs document drop-offs and pickups.

Inventory Management

• Pick and pack orders accurately.
• Monitor inventory movement.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Report inventory discrepancies promptly.

Team Support

• Work closely with the Sales and Purchasing teams.
• Help improve warehouse organization and operational efficiency.
• Take initiative to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or stockroom operations.
• Valid Aruba driver's license.
• Able to drive a manual transmission panel van.
• Able to bend and lift at least 15 kg safely.
• Basic computer skills (inventory software or QuickBooks experience is an advantage).
• Good communication and organizational skills.

We'll be especially excited if you have (Bonus Qualifications):

• Experience with Aruba Customs procedures.
• Experience working with medical devices or healthcare products.
