Caribbean Palm Village Resort is seeking a skilled and dependable Housekeeping Manager to join our housekeeping team and contribute to the upkeep and improvement of our resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff and daily operations
• Develop cleaning schedules and assign duties
• Inspect rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment
• Train, coach, and evaluate housekeeping employees
• Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness and service
• Monitor staff productivity and service quality
• Prepare work schedules, shift rosters, and staffing plans
• Maintain housekeeping records and reports
• Oversee laundry operations

Qualifications & Experience

• Must have the ability to control his/her department
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Supervisory position in the Housekeeping or 3 years as an assistant housekeeper
