We are looking for an innovative and passionate Manager Assurance & Accounting to work closely with the Director and Staff. Key responsibilities of the Manager will include, but are not limited to: - Review and manage assurance and advisory-related engagements - Manage compilations - Manage bookkeeping activities - Manage payroll services including maintaining employee files to date - Assist with compliance requirements - Manage customer relationships - Support innovative solutions and processes. Requirements The career requirements include: - Bachelor or Master in Accounting or equivalent experience - RA, AA certification - Mastery knowledge of GAAP and GAAS - Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel - Advanced understanding of income taxes and other payroll-related obligations - Understanding of and familiarity with cloud solutions and applications - Advanced understanding of AML/CFT requirements - Team-work oriented - Positive attitude - Aruba resident or work permit What We Offer We offer attractive benefits and a 21st-century work environment and culture.
