Principal Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Opening and closing of the store
• Cash and POS Management
• Verifying compliance with lunch times, entry and exit of the salespeople
• Verifying the good behavior and composure of the team
• Follows up the sales indicators on a daily basis.
• Directly responsible for sales and profit performance in the department
• Sell and achieve your goal and follow up on the team
• Discuss sales indicators (KPI's) with the sales associate
• Encouraging the team at all times to drive them to meet their goals
• Responsible for the execution of visual presentation initiatives that support the presentation of merchandise and the maintenance of an environment within the store, in line with the image and the desired character of the brand.
• Participate in recruitment process of the store.
• Verifies the execution of the customer service protocol.

Job Requirements

• Leadership
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• +1 year of experience as store supervisor or management position
• Desired Languages: English, Spanish, Papiamento, Dutch.
