We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Service Agent.

The Customer Service Agent is responsible for supporting export operations while providing excellent customer service.

This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

• Serve as a primary point of contact for general customer service related inquiries
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and service requests
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and external partners

Export Coordination

• Coordinate and oversee export shipment processes from initiation to completion

Operational Support

• Support internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow
• Assist with cross-functional tasks as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, export coordination, or customer service.
• Minimum education level: MAVO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional telephone etiquette.
• Must be fluent in Papiamento, English, Dutch, and Spanish.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
