✔️ Strong customer service & communication skills
✔️ Excellent attention to detail & organization
✔️ Knowledge of local attractions & services
✔️ 2+ years of experience in a similar role
✔️ Flexible availability, including weekends & holidays
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office & reservation systems
