Human Resources Internship Opportunity at Bon Bini Cargo Services N.V.

We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for Bachelor's or Master's Degree students in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. This internship is open to students from any accredited university, particularly those pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferably from the University of Aruba).
• Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Availability of at least 16 hours per week (flexible scheduling).
• Strong interest in developing and understanding HR processes and internal control systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Papiamento, Dutch, and English.

• Providing administrative support to the HR department.
