Job Purpose: 

Assist in mitigating losses through the employment of effective collections techniques aimed at rehabilitating delinquent customers while always being mindful of delivering the highest quality service.

Position Duties:

• Conduct phone collection follow up on assigned portfolio of accounts in designated buckets to prevent the deterioration of these accounts into higher categories of delinquency. 
• Establish contact with delinquent borrowers through telephone calls and letters to determine the reason for delinquency. 
• Upon contacting clients, verify and updates customer information. 
• Review customers’ financial situation to establish a payment plan to solve delinquency. 
• Meet and exceed Promise Kept Solve and Productivity targets. 
• Additional special assignments and related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or higher authority.

• Computer proficient.

Work Conditions

Normal office conditions. The work schedule is from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
