Eduardo’s Hideaway is looking for passionate and professional Experienced Servers to join our team. If you take pride in delivering warm, attentive service and love working with great food in a cozy, elevated atmosphere — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

As a server at Eduardo’s Hideaway, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests with a friendly and professional attitude
• Presenting menus, making recommendations, and answering questions
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and entering them into the POS system
• Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and timely service
• Serving food and beverages with attention to detail and care
• Handling payments and processing bills
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and relaxed dining environment
• Supporting your teammates to ensure seamless service from open to close
• Being flexible and ready to assist around the restaurant, including helping at the bar or cashier when needed

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience as a server in a restaurant setting
• Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
• Professional presence and a calm, friendly demeanor under pressure
• Knowledge of food, coffee, and table service standards
• Availability to start early in the morning, including weekends and holidays
• Flexibility to work across different roles such as bar and cashier support
• POS system experience is a plus

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant experience
• MBO or relevant hospitality training is preferred

Work Schedule

• Early morning shifts
