We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Rental Representative to support our team. Our rental team is responsible for renting out our vehicles and selling our products and services, while providing excellent customer satisfaction. This includes listening to, and identifying customer needs, answering questions, processing rental agreements, providing a friendly and efficient check out / check-in process. Requirements - Service orientated attitude - Minimum MBO education preferably EPI Hospitality Management - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Fluent in English and Spanish, Papiamento and Dutch are a plus - Preferably experience in customer service or similar function - Valid driver’s license, with at least 3 years of driving experience - A team player but can also work well independently - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure - You are flexible (no 8 to 5 mentality) and available to work weekends and holidays - Familiar with computer applications What We Offer Competitive salary - Vision insurance - Dental insurance - Personal accident insurance - Benefits and bonuses - Growth opportunities
