This role is key to building a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused workplace culture across all Eduardo’s locations.

As our HR Manager, you will lead the charge in shaping and executing human resources strategies that motivate, engage, and empower our team. Your work will directly support our strategic pillars of employee well-being, operational excellence, and community impact, ensuring that Eduardo’s remains a great place to work and grow.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices and local regulations
  • Oversee disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with employment laws
  • Promote a positive work environment through effective communication, coaching, and employee relations
  • Manage HR systems with accuracy and ensure data integrity
  • Support managers and employees in resolving workplace issues with tact and professionalism
  • Drive programs that enhance employee well-being, performance, and career growth
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all levels of the organization
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on all HR-related matters
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with discretion and ethics
  • Represent and promote Eduardo’s brand internally and externally


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated leadership skills
  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and conflict management
  • In-depth knowledge of disciplinary procedures, local labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Experience with HR information systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with professionalism and integrity
  • Enthusiasm for promoting Eduardo’s values and brand culture
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) and knowledgeable in Spanish, Dutch, and Papiamento
