To help keep our production running safely and efficiently, we're looking for a
Machine Operator
Mission of the role
The Machine Operator is responsible for preparing, setting up, testing, and maintaining production machinery. The role ensures machines operate efficiently, safely, and at optimal capacity while maintaining high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Set up machinery according to production requirements.
• Perform daily maintenance on all machines in use.
• Monitor machine performance during production.
• Identify and report machine issues or maintenance needs.
• Submit daily reports to the Production Manager including issues and observations.
• Collaborate closely with the Production Manager on technical and operational issues.
• Assist in production processes when required.
• Learn and operate new machinery and production procedures.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum MAVO diploma or higher.
• Technical background or training related to machinery is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Background in machine operations or maintenance.
• Strong affinity for working with machines.
• Basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Computer proficiency.

This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with machinery and solving technical challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-performance team
• Good analytical and presentation skills
• Strong multitasking and organizational ability
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Work Hours
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
