Warehouse Attendant
Mission of the role
The Warehouse Attendant is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials and finished goods. The role ensures accurate order picking, proper inventory control, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The Warehouse Attendant also assists with deliveries, loading and unloading goods, and other logistics-related tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Accurately pick and prepare orders according to purchase orders or store requests.
• Deliver and distribute orders to stores or designated locations.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of containers and deliveries.
• Support inventory control by assisting with stock counts and warehouse inventories.
• Organize warehouse stock to ensure efficient storage and easy access.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse facility.
• Dispose and recycle packaging materials such as cardboard boxes and plastic waste from production.
• Assist with the movement of raw materials and packaging supplies for production.
• Assist with the receiving and stocking of materials from suppliers or forwarders.
• Support the finished goods release process from production through accurate counting and documentation.
• Make small supply purchases or pickups from local stores when necessary.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proof of good conduct and drug test (required for port delivery access).
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy boxes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory tasks.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Forklift operation experience or certification is an advantage.

Work Hours
Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
