Job Overview:

The Safety Manager plays a pivotal role in reducing workplace accidents, ensuring employee safety at work, and fostering a strong culture of safety. Key responsibilities include developing and enforcing safety policies, conducting regular audits and inspections (fire safety equipment, alarms, CCTV, and security staff), overseeing employee safety training, investigating incidents, performing risk assessments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in safety, environmental science, construction management, or related fields is required.

Candidates must have strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, fluency in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento, plus knowledge of fire safety, medical training, and computer proficiency.
