About the Role

As a Guest Experience Concierge, you are the friendly face and trusted guide for visitors who want to make the most of their time in Aruba. Stationed at one of our busy sales desks, you’ll act as a vacation concierge, helping guests build personalized itineraries filled with unforgettable activities. From our signature snorkeling cruises and jeep tours to carefully selected third-party experiences, you’ll recommend the best options based on each guest’s interests, schedule, and vibe.

This is a guest-facing, fast-paced role that blends hospitality, product knowledge, and confident sales skills. If you love creating great experiences, enjoy genuine conversations, and feel energized by a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to shine.

What We Expect From You

• Minimum 3+ years of tourism or guest-relations experience
• Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging personality
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Papiamento and Dutch are a plus)
• Professional, reliable, and committed to excellent guest service
• Experience in tourism, sales, or concierge-style guest service
• High level of confidentiality and integrity
• Confident recommending and selling a range of experiences, from sailing trips to land tours
• Ability to quickly learn and stay informed about Pelican products and third-party offerings
• Comfortable working across various desks and high-traffic locations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in bookings and payments
• Able to remain calm, flexible, and solution-focused under pressure
• A genuine passion for helping guests create memorable vacations
• Applicants must be able to legally work in Aruba

What You Will Be Doing

• Welcoming and engaging guests with a warm, proactive approach at your desk
• Acting as a vacation concierge: recommending, customizing, and selling experiences
• Booking Pelican tours and a curated list of third-party activities
• Providing clear, honest information about each tour or experience to build trust and value
• Managing bookings, processing payments, and ensuring accurate reservation details
• Handling walk-ins, inquiries, last-minute changes, and special requests with professionalism
• Keeping your desk presentable and well-stocked with brochures and up-to-date information
• Meeting personal and team sales goals while maintaining top-tier guest service
