About:

Aruba Beach Club Resort is seeking a motivated Accounting & Finance Associate to join our Finance and Accounting Department.

This position provides essential support in daily accounting operations and acts as a reliever across all accounting functions during vacation or sick leave of team members.

Candidate will ensure continuity and accuracy in Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Membership Accounting, Inventory, and Revenue Accounting.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain cross-functional accounting experience within a dynamic resort environment.

Requirements:

- Education: HAVO - EPI or equivalent.

- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in similar position.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing of:

English, Dutch, Papiamento and Spanish

- Dutch Nationality or a valid work permit

- Age: between 25 and 45 years

- Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Team player who takes initiative and adapts to changing needs.

- Trustworthy and service-oriented with professional integrity.
