Role Overview: Store & Warehouse Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store & Warehouse Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment across our retail store, warehouse, and common areas. Key Responsibilities

• Thorough Cleaning: Sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize the retail store, warehouse, restrooms, and common areas.
• Waste Management: Empty trash bins and ensure proper recycling and waste disposal in compliance with company procedures.
• Safety & Sanitation: Strictly follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols to maintain a compliant and hygienic environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but not required—we value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
• Skills & Knowledge: A basic understanding of cleaning products/equipment and a keen eye for detail.
• Soft Skills: High reliability, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Language Skills: Proficient written and verbal communication skills in Papiamento, Dutch, English, and Spanish.
• Flexibility: Ability to work varied hours as needed.
• Team Spirit: Good interpersonal skills to collaborate well with colleagues and interact positively with customers.
