Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Manager based in Oranjestad. The Security Manager will oversee all security operations, ensuring the safety and security of the premises, guests, and staff. Responsibilities include managing physical security measures, developing and implementing security protocols, coordinating with law enforcement, and overseeing information security and cybersecurity efforts to safeguard sensitive data. The Security Manager will also provide training and support to the security team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Physical Security and Security Management
• Hospitality experience is a plus.
• Dedicated to providing excellent guest service
• Knowledge of EarthCheck certification.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective security protocols
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in a managerial security role
• Excellent Customer Service
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento.
• A bachelor's degree in Security Management, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
