Junior Payroll Consultant (BPS)
What does your work look like?
As a Junior Payroll Consultant, you will perform all required tasks related to payroll administration for clients, such as entering changes, drafting objections, creating overviews of deductions and contributions, handling payslips and associated payments. Additionally, you will take care of registrations and cancel registrations with government agencies, set up and maintain employer and employee databases, and fill out statutory declaration forms. The nature of this position involves frequent communication with our clients. You will work very closely with the senior payroll consultant.
What we are looking for:
You have completed EPI with a degree in Finance. You have proven knowledge and minimal 1 - 3 years' experience in Payroll administration. You are IT savvy and have extensive knowledge of payroll IT systems. You’re a self-motivated, confident, and hardworking individual who enjoys working within a team. You’re able to work and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines. Strong written and oral proficiency in Dutch and English is required. You’re enthusiastic, ambitious, and welcome challenges.
