General Manager

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to lead our NAPA operations across multiple locations.

This role is suited for someone who can take ownership of daily operations, support the team, and drive overall business performance.

Main Responsibilities

·        Manage daily operations including sales, inventory, customer service, and administration

·        Ensure targets and performance goals are met

·        Oversee the condition and organization of stores, warehouses, vehicles, and equipment

·        Handle customer issues and support key accounts

·        Monitor sales and financial results and identify areas for improvement

·        Support marketing activities in coordination with Head Office

·        Oversee HR-related matters such as employee performance and attendance

·        Lead and support staff, including training and development

·        Maintain communication with Head Office and external partners

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar

·        At least 5 years of experience in a management position

·        Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage

·        Good knowledge of automotive parts is preferred

·        Valid driver’s license (B)

·        Good communication and organizational skills
