Join our team at the leading triathlon shop in Aruba, where we cater for both local athletes and tourists from all around the globe. We are currently seeking a talented individual to fill the combined sales and rental communication position.

What may your working day look like?

At 8.40 AM you walk into the store, because at 8.45 AM we kick off with our daily team huddle. After the supervisor goes through the Daily Task List with the sales team, you open the store at 9.00 AM.

The first customer comes into the store and after a warm welcome you ask the right questions to determine which bike is the perfect match for their needs. You determine the correct frame size for the customer and immediately check whether the bike is in stock. You round up the sale with the customer after which you check with your colleagues from the service center when the bike will be ready to be picked up by the client.

In addition to sales, you are also responsible for all rental communication. Throughout the day, you respond to rental requests and customer inquiries via e-mail, prepare rental forms, and organize the rental schedule for our rental driver. You are the first point of contact for tourists looking to rent a bike, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience with our store.

During calmer moments in the store, you take the opportunity to organize the swimming department, so it looks perfect for when new customers come in. You do so by checking if all items are correctly priced, organized and neatly displayed. Afterwards, you take some time to work on your product knowledge through Trek University. Before you know, the next customer comes in looking for running shoes. By asking the right questions you determine the size and model HOKA running shoes for the customer.

When the shop closes, you clean up the counter and count the cash register. Then your workday is done, and you go home with a satisfied feeling!
