We are looking for an experienced Security Supervisor for ARUBA STEVEDORING COMPANY (ASTEC N.V.) to oversee daily security operations, supervise Security Officers, and ensure a safe and secure environment. The successful candidate will lead the security team, manage incidents, conduct investigations, and ensure compliance with company security procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate Security Officers and daily security activities.
• Review reports, logbooks, and incident investigations.
• Conduct inspections of security posts and personnel.
• Monitor and report security incidents, breaches, and accidents.
• Support CCTV operations and security systems.
• Prepare reports and recommend preventive security measures.
• Ensure security staff understand and perform their duties effectively.
• Coordinate with management and external security providers.

Requirements

• MBO-level education or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an operational security role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Knowledge of security procedures, threats, and incident response.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Fluent in English, Dutch, Spanish, and Papiamento.
