We are looking for a friendly, outgoing and bright individual to join our concierge team. Guest service comes naturally to you and you find joy in providing extraordinary guest experiences. Responsible to provide a friendly and efficient check-in/out process, telephone service and offer assistance to our guests ensuring their satisfaction. Responsible for guest services such as assisting with their complete vacation itinerary; planning and organizing activities, assist in recommending and booking dinners, car rentals, flight-and transfer confirmations, etc.

EXPECTATIONS
- Preferably with experience in customer service
- Proficiency in English and a minimum of one other European language such as Italian and/or German. Dutch and Spanish are a plus.
- Excellent communication skills
- Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
- Ability in multitasking management
- Aptitude in resolving issues with a customer-focused orientation
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent sales skills

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position with Hotel Operations
- Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management or relevant field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
- Proficiency in English and minimum one other European language such as Italian and/or German. Dutch and Spanish are a plus.
