Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service.
Excellent communication and persuasion skills, fluent in both English and Spanish
Strong service orientation, professionalism, respect in every interaction
Ability to adapt sales strategies to customer needs while following UVC policies and procedures
Proactive and goal-oriented with strong objection-handling skills
A team player with a positive and dynamic attitude
