Responsibilities

• Perform daily cashier closing procedures and verify cash balances.
• Prepare and manage daily cash drops according to company procedures.
• Review cashier reports, receipts, and transaction records for accuracy.
• Scan, upload, organize, and maintain all restaurant documentation and records.
• Ensure all receipts, invoices, financial documents, and operational paperwork are properly scanned and filed.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Submit daily sales, cash, and administrative reports to the accounting department.
• Identify and report discrepancies or shortages to management.
• Coordinate with the accounting department regarding invoices, deposits, and reports.
• Assist management with administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of financial and business information.
• Support restaurant staff with general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, cashier, or restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Basic accounting and cash-handling knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, professional, and trustworthy.
