The Roving Bartender's responsibilities are to provide libations and offer customized recommendations. Roving Bartenders engages in casual conversation and creativity. Allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar.  Their style and service attributes are key to creating the guest experience.   

Requirements
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities.
Should be familiar with the latest in mixology
Works well as a member of the Team.
Must be able to work under pressure.
Ability to stand for long periods of time. 
Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
