We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data into our internal systems and databases.

This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of company information used in reporting, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems
• Review data for errors or missing information
• Maintain and update existing data records as needed
• Ensure data integrity and confidentiality afi all times
• Generate basic reports as requested by management
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Communicate effectively with relevant departments for clarification and data consistency
• Assist in organizing and filing digital or paper records

Requirements or qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role
• Strong typing skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good knowledge of Quickbooks
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in the F&B industry
• Knowledge of accounts payable processes
