We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Shift Leader to join our lively team. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Leader, you’ll take the helm during assigned shifts to guide our team and ensure smooth operations, including:

• Overseeing daily service flow and team coordination during your shift
• Leading and actively supporting front-of-house staff, from the moment our doors open until we close
• Delivering exceptional customer service and quickly resolving guest concerns
• Managing shift-specific schedules and ensuring adequate coverage
• Assisting with opening and closing procedures
• Helping maintain inventory levels during your shift and communicating restocking needs
• Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality
• Assisting with setup for special promotions, events, or seasonal offerings

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in a supervisory, bar, or hospitality role (restaurant, café, beachside service preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example
• A calm, confident demeanor under pressure
• Passion for service, teamwork, and creating a fun, relaxed beachside vibe
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours
• Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality software is a plus

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or food & beverage
• MBO or relevant vocational training preferred

Work Schedule

• 45 hours per week, including weekends and holidays
