About the Role:

Join the team at Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort, a family-owned beachfront resort located on the beautiful Eagle Beach in Aruba. As a Hospitality Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating memorable vacation experiences through exceptional service and personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and manage smooth check-in and check-out experiences
• Provide concierge services, including activity planning, dining recommendations, and local insights
• Build guest relationships by collecting preferences and anticipating needs
• Ensure guests enjoy a seamless and memorable stay
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
• Perform front desk and administrative duties accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate strong product knowledge
• Follow and promote the resort’s environmental and sustainability policies

Requirements:

• EPI Hospitality School Diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
• Fluency in English, Dutch, Papiamento, and Spanish
• Strong understanding of hospitality principles and guest service standards
• Front desk experience (an advantage)
• Customer service experience (a strong asset)
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, service-oriented mindset
