The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. This role ensures that guests enjoy a memorable experience while maintaining the resort’s high standards of quality, presentation, and service. The Bartender also contributes to the overall success of the Food & Beverage team through teamwork, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Requirements To succeed as a Bartender

• Neat appearance.
• Strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Basic bar knowledge is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, weekends and holidays.
