About the job:

A Quality Control is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and procedures within Gianni’s Group. Their duties typically include developing and implementing quality control standards, conducting inspections and tests to identify product and equipment defects or deviations, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, training and supervising quality control inspectors by local regulators, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  2. Previous experience in food quality assurance or a similar role in the food and beverage industry.
  3. Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  5. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with food safety software or quality management systems is a plus.
  8. Certification in food safety is desirable.
