The Operations Administrator plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the business. This position requires strong organizational skills, financial accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks including accounting, logistics coordination, and payroll administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain QuickBooks accounting system (invoicing, reconciliations, reporting)

• Process and oversee payroll accurately and on time.

• Coordinate and book incoming containers/shipments with suppliers and logistics partners.

• Track inventory movements and support stock control processes.

• Handle day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business flow.

• Liaise with freight forwarders and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate records of purchases, shipments, and expenses.

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company procedures.

• Assist in improving operational efficiency and processes.
