We are hiring! Maintenance / Operations Support at Comfort Rentals Aruba.

We’re looking for a service-oriented and reliable Operations Support team member with maintenance experience to ensure every guest has a seamless stay.

What You’ll Do:

• Check guests in and out, and assist with any questions
• Inspect units before and after each stay
• Perform maintenance tasks and ensure overall quality
• Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance partners
• Handle reservation-related tasks such as confirmations, updates, and guest communication
• Support operational processes like inventory management and preparing units

Requirements:

• Friendly, communicative, and service-minded
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
• Independent, yet a strong team player
• Proactive, problem-solving, and technically skilled with maintenance experience
• Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Must have your own transportation
