We are looking for a dependable, service-oriented Maintenance / Guest Services Associate to join our vacation rental management team. This position combines guest services with basic property maintenance to help ensure our guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay.

What You’ll Do:

Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent customer service.

Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs, and troubleshooting simple issues.

Inspect properties before guest arrivals and after departures to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Coordinate with housekeeping and management to ensure properties are guest-ready.

Assist with check-ins, guest inquiries, and resolving on-site issues.

Report maintenance issues requiring specialized repairs.

Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of common areas and rental properties.

Deliver supplies and perform other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Friendly, communicative, and service-minded
• Accurate, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
• Independent, yet a strong team player
• Proactive, problem-solving, and technically skilled with maintenance experience
• Flexible availability (including evenings and weekends)
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
• Must have your own transportation
