We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

In this hybrid role, you will serve as the essential link between our clients and our logistics operations. You will coordinate the movement of goods while ensuring that clients receive clear communication, timely updates, and excellent service throughout the entire process.

Client Service

• Act as a point of contact for clients through different communication channels
• Provide general support and updates related to shipments and services
• Assist clients with questions and ensure a positive service experience

Logistics Coordination

• Support the coordination of shipments and daily logistics activities
• Work together with warehouse, customs, and operations teams to ensure smooth processes
• Help monitor timelines and follow up on operational progress when needed

Administrative Duties

• Maintain basic records of communications and operational activities
• Assist with general administrative and reporting tasks related to logistics operations

Your Profile

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills in Papiamento, English, Spanish, and Dutch
• High attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Experience in logistics, customer service, or freight forwarding is a plus but not required
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• HAVO/EPI background is a plus
