As a Logistics Coordinator / Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the crucial link between our clients and our logistics operations. This hybrid role requires both strong coordination skills and excellent customer service abilities. You'll manage the movement of goods while ensuring our clients are informed, satisfied, and supported every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Service:

• Be one of the primary contact for clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Provide accurate updates on shipments, deliveries, and customs status.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues quickly and professionally.

Logistics Coordination:

• Plan and schedule inbound and outbound shipments with the warehouse and customs team.
• Monitor container arrivals, clearance progress, and delivery timelines.
• Track cargo movements and proactively manage delays or bottlenecks.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain clear records of all communications, schedules, and delivery notes.
• Assist in compiling monthly logistics performance reports.

Your Profile:

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication in Papiamento, English, Spanish and Dutch
• High attention to detail, particularly with schedules, documentation, and cargo tracking.
• Experience in logistics, customer service, or freight forwarding is a plus but not mandatory.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Havo/EPI background is a plus
