We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Warehouse Office Assistant.
The Warehouse Office Assistant supports daily warehouse and office operations by coordinating activities, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with customer communication. This role works closely with internal teams to help ensure smooth operational flow, timely service delivery, and a positive customer experience.
The position combines administrative responsibilities with operational coordination and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Support
- Assist in coordinating daily operational activities to support efficient workflow.
- Monitor and follow up on service schedules and internal processes.
- Communicate with internal teams to support timely execution of tasks.
Customer Service
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to services and operations.
- Provide updates and assist in resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-up.
Administrative & Office Support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Perform data entry and update internal systems and reports.
- Support reporting and general office administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Documentation & Coordination
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and reviewing operational documentation.
- Support internal controls and ensure proper recordkeeping.
- Collaborate with team members to address discrepancies or operational concerns.
Requirements
- Experience in administration, logistics, or warehouse operations (preffered).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and team-oriented mindset.
