We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Warehouse Office Assistant.
The Warehouse Office Assistant supports daily warehouse and delivery operations by coordinating schedules, handling basic administrative tasks, and assisting with customer communication. The role works closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to help ensure smooth operations, accurate records, and efficient handling of deliveries and warehouse activities. The position also provides general office support and assists in maintaining organized processes and positive customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Assist with customer inquiries related to deliveries, orders, and warehouse operations
- Communicate with internal teams to support smooth service and issue resolution
- Provide general updates and support to customers when needed
Administrative Support
- Support warehouse and office administration and maintain basic records
- Perform data entry and assist with documentation and reporting
- Help manage systems, files, and general operational processes
Operations & Delivery Coordination
- Assist in coordinating delivery schedules and daily warehouse activities
- Support communication with drivers and warehouse staff
- Help monitor operations and address issues when they arise
General Support
- Maintain organized workflow and assist with operational improvements
- Support compliance with company procedures and operational standards
- Assist in resolving basic operational or delivery-related issues
Requirements
- Experience in administration, logistics, or warehouse operations (preffered).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and team-oriented mindset.
