Location: Aruba (Hybrid/On-site)

Schedule: 28 - 32 Hours per Week (Mon–Sat)

Level: Junior (Training & Growth Role)

We’re building two expanding businesses—a Real Estate & Property Management company and a high-level HR Consultancy—and we’re looking for a motivated junior professional ready to grow into a key operational and business support role.


This is not a passive position. You’ll work directly with the Owners, gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, and develop real-world skills in operations, client communication, and business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing (With Training)

  • Business Support & Growth
  • Assist with client outreach and lead generation
  • Support social media management and content creation (Canva)
  • Help maintain and grow online presence and engagement
  • Property & Guest Coordination
  • Handle guest communication across booking platforms
  • Support scheduling for cleaning, maintenance, and check-ins
  • Assist with property checks and coordination when needed
  • Financial Administrative Support (training provided)
  • Draft basic emails and documents
  • Help maintain organized records, schedules, and files
  • Support daily operations across both businesses


Who This Role Is For

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Motivated and dependable (shows up and follows through)
  • Willing to learn quickly and take direction
  • Comfortable communicating in English, Spanish & Papiamento
  • Interested in business, real estate, or administration
  • Organized and able to handle multiple small tasks
  • Based in Aruba with a valid driver’s license and transportation


Requirements

  • Minimum completed education HAVO/VWO (MBO plus preferred)
  • 1-2 years experience in vacation rental or hospitality sales & marketing administration
  • Basic financial admin experience is a plus
  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, social media; vacation rental platforms and Canva is a must


Compensation & Growth

  • Starting salary range: AWG 12.50/hour - AWG 17.50/hour (depending on experience)
  • Gasoline & Phone allowance 
  • Opportunity for performance-based bonuses
  • Salary review after 6 months based on performance
  • Clear pathway to grow into a senior role as the business expands
