We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Officer (part-time) to support our people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support recruitment and onboarding activities
• Organize and assist with training and development programs to support employee growth
• Maintain and update employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist with HR planning, documentation, and filing
• Promote employee engagement and foster a culture of inclusion and recognition
• Provide day-to-day support to the HR Manager on HR matters and initiatives
