About the vacancy

The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and providing support to staff and management. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks include: - Managing schedules for meetings and appointments

- Greet and provide information to clients

- Prepare contracts, lease agreements, and other real estate documents.

- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems

- Maintain office supplies

- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

- Handle compliance administration


Requirements

- Minimum MBO level

- Experience in administrative role

- Outstanding client care and service experience

- Proficient with Microsoft office

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Must be able to communicate in English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento (verbal and written)
