Our Client is seeking a Security Manager to spearhead their Security Department and ensure the safety and well-being of guests, employees, and assets. This key leadership role requires an individual committed to excellence, risk management expertise, and the ability to inspire and lead a team in a luxury hospitality environment.
About the Role
As the Security Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure, safe, and welcoming environment. Your strategic approach to risk assessment, adherence to security standards, and operational leadership will be instrumental in supporting the company’s commitment to delivering a world-class guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead all security operations, including staff management, training, and development.
- Develop risk management plans to protect guests, employees, and property.
- Conduct regular safety audits, ensuring compliance with all legal and hospitality industry security standards.
- Respond to emergencies, such as safety hazards, medical incidents, and security threats, with efficiency and care.
- Promote a culture of safety and preparedness through training programs and operational procedures.
Candidate Profile
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
