Financial Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Financial Administrative Assistant to join their finance team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting the company’s day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

•    Assist with recording and organizing financial transactions

•    Process invoices, payments, and expense reports

•    Support bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations

•    Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation and files

•    Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

•    Prepare basic administrative and financial reports

•    Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable standards

•    Support audits by providing necessary documentation

•    Assist with budgeting and forecasting tasks when required

•    Provide general administrative support to the finance team

Candidate Requirements

•    Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field

•    1–3 years of experience in a similar administrative or financial support role

•    Basic to intermediate knowledge of accounting principles

•    Familiarity with accounting/administrative software

•    Good MS Excel skills

•    Fluency in English (spoken and written)

•    High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

•    Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks

•    Strong communication and problem-solving skills
