Key Duties

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with hotel standards and recipes
• Create innovative and signature cocktails that enhance the guest experience and support the hotel’s beverage program
• Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and portioning at all times
• Provide personalized and engaging service by interacting with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper setup of the bar area and equipment
• Monitor and maintain bar inventory, including ordering, stocking, and minimizing waste
• Ensure all ingredients, garnishes, and supplies are fresh and stored correctly
• Handle cash, process payments, and ensure accurate billing where applicable
• Train and support junior bar staff on drink preparation and service standards
• Stay updated on beverage trends, new products, and mixology techniques
• Collaborate with the F&B team to promote bar offerings and enhance overall guest satisfaction

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Certification or formal training in Bartending or Mixology
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a bartending or mixology role in a hotel/hospitality environment
• Food safety and hygiene certification required
• Proven experience in craft cocktail preparation and bar operations
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktail recipes, mixology techniques and flavor profiles
• Knowledge of bar equipment and tools
• English is a must
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and consistency in quality and presentation
• Creativity and passion for mixology and beverage trends
• Basic computer knowledge
• Valid Health Card
• Dutch passport or valid work permit
