Security & Investigation Manager

The Security & Investigation Manager is responsible for leading CMB's security strategy and operations to ensure the safety of employees, customers, assets, and facilities. The role oversees investigations, incident response, business continuity, and risk mitigation initiatives, while ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.

It requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, management of security programs and staff, and the ability to respond to complex and high-risk situations, including emergencies, with a strong focus on operational effectiveness, leadership, and strategic alignment with the Bank's objectives.

Professional Requirements

• Minimum MBO degree with supporting accreditations.

• PSP, APP or CPP ASIS Certification or equivalent.

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in security area with at least five (5) years in a security supervisory position.

• Military and/or law enforcement experience is an advantage.
